Wrightslaw - Special Education Law and Advocacy - For all matters regarding special education issues.
Yellow Pages for Kids With Disabilities (Wrightslaw) - State-by-State listing of attorneys, advocates, and professionals.
Advocacy Inc. - To advocate for, protect and advance the legal, human and service rights of people with disabilities. Another advocacy organization similar to Wrightslaw.
National Youth Rights Association (NYRA) Forums - While answers here do not qualify as actual legal advice, this is a good source to go to in order to get an answer and/or assistance with a student/youth rights issue. NOT for school law/special education/parents rights advocacy.
Labor Law Talk (Forums) - Has an active, informed community that answers questions and assists in issues regarding practically any area of the law, not just labor law.
The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) - Protecting Freedom in the Digital World. If your case regards freedom on the internet or in another digital media, these are the people to consult.
American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) - If your case regards the First Amendment or another civil liberty, the ACLU is highly recommended.
Homeschool Legal Defense Association - A very helpful organization for homeschoolers.
